Businesses rarely collapse overnight. They drift out of alignment until the system stops working.
I diagnose how organizations actually operate, how decisions move, how revenue flows, and where operational systems begin to fail, then revuild those systems so they can scale.

100M+ Revenue
Revenue overseen across multiple operating environments.
I didn't set out to become an operational architect. The pattern emerged across fifteen years and half a dozen industries, banking, logistics, wholesale distribution, food service, and hospitality, each one teaching me something different about how businesses actually function versus how their leaders believe they function.
The gap between those two things is where most operational problems live.
Nightlife accelerated that education. In high-volume entertainment environments, systems don't fail slowly. They fail in real time, in front of a room full of people, with immediate consequences on revenue, culture, and guest experience. That environment taught me to read businesses the way a doctor reads symptoms, looking past the surface problem to the systemic breakdown underneath.
Most operational failures are not isolated mistakes. They are signals that something inside the organization has drifted out of alignment. People, process, and product fall out of sync. Revenue patterns shift. Execution becomes inconsistent. The business keeps moving but the architecture holding it together has quietly begun to fracture.
Over the past decade I've applied that diagnostic lens across founder-led ventures, regional portfolios of 35 locations, and multi-site enterprises managing hundreds of employees and tens of millions in revenue. Along the way I built the analytical tools to formalize that process, a suite of intelligence engines designed to surface what the data already knows but no one has organized well enough to see.
What follows are the engagements that shaped that methodology and the systems built inside each one.
A struggling venue operating under a fragmented hybrid model was rebuilt by restructuring its operational architecture, restoring staff culture, and introducing analytical systems that revealed where revenue and engagement were truly occurring.
Designed and launched a nightclub from concept to profitability, navigating $500K in capital investment, financial constraints, and regulatory delays while building the operational systems capable of supporting unexpected demand and sustaining long-term performance.
Developed the analytical frameworks and operational infrastructure that allowed leadership to maintain performance standards and visibility across a rapidly expanding national portfolio of 35 locations and 700 employees.
When communication and operational standards drifted across multiple San Francisco venues, I developed new analytical systems to restore visibility, realign leadership decisions, and guide the organization through significant industry regulatory shifts.
Eight Python-based operational intelligence engines built to transform raw business data into structured performance signals, surfacing revenue drivers, cost inefficiencies, and execution breakdowns across complex organizations.
Practical methods used to stabilize operations, rebuild teams, and implement change inside complex organizations.
Operational leadership is rarely about dramatic transformations. More often, it is about understanding how small decisions accumulate into larger systems, and knowing how to rebuild those systems when they begin to fail.
